Co-founder and practitioner
Hi, I'm Kateri, co-founder of Qwellè Balance Studio. As a resident of Litchfield for 16 years, I've dedicated my career to helping people understand the profound connection between the mind and body. My journey began over 20 years ago with yoga, where I discovered its power to reduce stress and create inner calm.
After the birth of my son, I became a birth doula, expanding my practice to serve women and families during a transformative time in their lives. This work further deepened my passion for holistic wellness. I later became an EMMETT Practitioner, initially to support pregnant women, but soon realized its benefits for people at all stages of life.

With 15 years as a yoga instructor, 17 years as a birth doula, and 6 years as an EMMETT Practitioner, my goal is to offer a comprehensive, individualized approach to well-being. I'm thrilled to partner with Jessica to create a space where you can explore the mind-body connection and find your unique path to balance.

Hello, I'm Jessica, co-founder of Qwellè Balance Studio. I've lived in Litchfield my entire life, growing up with a father who owned a local retail business and now with a husband who operates a local manufacturing business. This community is my home, and I'm dedicated to helping its residents find balance and well-being.
My professional background is in healthcare, but my passion for alternative therapies was born from personal experience. I found significant relief from chronic physical pain through modalities like the EMMETT Technique. As a long-time client of Kateri's, I have personally experienced her skill and expertise and highly recommend her client-guided approach.
